摘要

Powders, either metallic or non-metallic in nature, will be always a source of interest in the materials science and engineering. The herein paper will focus on the thermal properties and related aspects of few metallic/non-metallic powdery with the aim of sizing few main influencing factors in their variation with temperature, such as: thermal range, interfaces, distribution, etc. A micromechanical approach will be tackled as a modeling step with the purpose of sizing few of the previous influencing factors and to compare with the experimental retrieved data. A differential dilatometer will be used in the experimental part and specialized software to retrieve the thermal properties of the powders.
