摘要

Large-scale grid-integration of electric vehicles (EV) impacts on the competition in electricity market. Firstly, the mode, by which the EV participates in electricity market, is discussed; secondly, based on the mode, in which the EV aggregators are uniformly managed by EV operators and participate in the competition of electricity market, a Cournot equilibrium model of electricity market, in which the EV aggregators are taken into account and regarded as both price-taker and price-influencer, is established, and in this model the situation of EV aggregators participating in the electricity market are considered; finally, the effectiveness of above-mentioned model and method is validated by the analysis on given example, and it is shown that the arbitrage behavior of EV aggregator charging/discharging plays obvious peak load shifting role in electricity market and it can increase social welfare. When electric vehicle aggregators, which are regarded as a price-influencer, participate in electricity market, it will withhold partial of charging/discharging capacity for the arbitrage, thus its role played in both peak shaving effect on market price and increase social welfare will be weaken.
