Using anion-exchange and chemical suppressed mode, the anions such as Cl- NO3-, SO42- in method, acetontrile and isopropanol can be determined. Samples were diluted and then injected directly. With the method, good linear relationship, sensitivity and reproducibility were retained. Detection limits of these anions in three samples were, 1.1, 3.2, 4.9 mu g/l, in methyl alcohol, 1.4, 7.1, 16.5 mu g/L in acetonitrile and 1.2, 8.1, 25.7 mu g/L in isopropanol, respectively. Compare the self-suppressed mode, chemical suppressed mode is an efficiency, accurate method for determination of the anions in organic samples.
