A four stages numerical pair with optimal phase and stability properties

摘要

In this paper we obtain, for the first time in the literature a new numerical pair. The properties of the new pair are: 1. symmetric two- step algorithm, 2. four-stages scheme, four-stages scheme, scheme of tenth-algebraic order, the approximations of the layers are taken place as follows: first and second layer on the point , third layer on the point , fourth layer on the point , the method has eliminated the phase-lag and its first derivative, excellent stability and interval of periodicity properties (i.e. interval of periodicity equal to . For this new numerical pair we present a detailed theoretical analysis. Finally, we prove the efficiency of the new scheme by applying it to the solution of systems of coupled Schrodinger equations.
