Dimensional crossover in underdoped Bi2.2Sr1.8Ca2Cu3O10+delta

Bi2+xSr2-xCa2Cu3O10+delta high quality crystals with x = 0.2 were grown. The crystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction and DC susceptibility measurements confirming Bi2223 to be the major phase. The results are compared with those of Bi2223 with x = 0.1, revealing that the Bi/Sr substitution ratio does not affect T-c. The doping dependences of the anisotropic normal
