摘要

Populus. maximowiczii Henry (PMH) in submerge fermentation of Morchella esculenta could induce significant anti-hyperlipidemic and anti-atherosclerosis endo-polysaccharide of Morchella esculenta (EPME) synthesis. The anti-hyperlipidemic potential was determined by detecting body weights (BWs) and serum lipid index (SLI) of hyperlipemia mice. EPME resulted in a dose dependent manner decrease in BWs and non-dose dependent alteration in SLI in mice. EPME had large molecular weight (M-w) of 1.0654 x 10(6) g mol(-1) determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Its structural features were detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). EPME from PMH medium was proved to stable BWs and regulate SLI of hyperlipemia mice.
