摘要

The flow field of submerged nozzle in thin slab continuous casting was stimulated by means of finite element method (FEM). The distributions of flow fields in different immersed depth and outlet angle of submerged nozzle were calculated. The results showed that the optimum outlet angle was R15, 60 degrees and 45 degrees, which was applied in the nozzle designs
