摘要

In this paper, we studies global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability of neural networks with time-varying delays including Hopfield neural network and cellular neural network. Without monotonicity, boundedness and differentiability of the neuron input-output activation function, some sufficient conditions of global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability of the neural network with time-varying delays are obtained. Using these conditions, it is convenient to calculate the estimate value of the rate of exponential convergence.
