摘要
How to work effectively and efficiently is always a fundamental and key question for the organization. On the basis of reviewing the related literature, we put forward a general model from the perspective of people. The paper argues that one should have motivity, knowledge, ability, information and power to do work well. The one who possesses the five factors is called Perfect Fellow that is sufficient condition of high performance work and the value of perfection is used to measure the degree of perfection. The paper further elucidates that the Perfect Fellow has its perfect domain and it's relative, dynamic, both individual and collective.
