摘要

Scanning-Laservibrometry for the Integrated Component Monitoring with Ultrasonic Lamb Waves. Ultrasonic Lamb waves are widely investigated as a tool for damage detection in plate - like structures. To gain a maximum benefit for the technical implementation, the physical phenomena regarding propagation and interaction behavior of the waves need to be particularly investigated. Optical measurement techniques are appropriate methods for wave observation, since they do not retroact with the mechanical structure. One technique, laser vibrometry, provides areal, time-continuous oscillation data for the evaluation of wave fields. Performing 3D scanning techniques, In-Plane and Out-of-Plane oscillations can be interpreted separately, while, with 1D vibrometry, the directional displacement components mix up, leading to misinterpretations. Lamb waves in isotropic plates and fiber-reinforced plastic plates are briefly described and their observation by means of 3D vibrometry is presented. An experiment observing the interaction of a wave field with an impact damage in a CFRP plate is recapitulated, showing a good applicability of Lamb waves for damage detection.
