摘要

In order to prolong the survival of patients with breast cancer and improve quality of life, this study compared the dosimetry difference of two conformal radiotherapies of breast cancer: dual target and single target radiotherapy, which provide a scientific reference for follow-up treatment. 1200 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy (stage II and Stage III and with postoperative radiotherapy indications) treated in 10 tumor hospitals from January 2014 to June 2615 were studied, and a comprehensive retrospective analysis of treatment data was conducted. Single target area and dual target radiotherapy Plans were developed for all patients according to their individual circumstances. In the course of the study, a thorough comparative analysis was made on target dose distribution, affected side lung, double lung, ipsilateral humeral head, and thyroid dose volume of the two plans. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in dose distribution between the two methods based on comparative analysis of single target plan and dual target plan, and there was obvious similarity (P>0.05) in normal lung dose volume. However, based on measurement and comparison oftityroid ipsilateral humeral head dose volume, it was found that dual target plan is significantly lower, than single target plan, and the difference is statistically significant: P<0.05. Therefore, this study fully confirms that in comparison of breast cancer dual target and single target radiotherapy plans, there is no significant difference in target area dose distribution and normal lung tissue protection,,but the former enjoys an obvious advantage in protection of thyroid and humeral head. In the course of treatment, physicians need to choose a reasonable radiotherapy plan according to patient's actual conditions.
