摘要

For the higher requirement for dynamic performance of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSM) which are widely used on the CNC, it needs to set velocity response as design objective for PMLSM. On the basis of analysis of detent force, inductance and thrust characterises, a dynamic characteristics analytic model is suggested. The velocity response curves are analyzed. The length of magnets, air gap and turns per coil are the key factors to the velocity response. Then a new integrated optimization is used as objective function, which not only includes velocity response, but also includes thrust ripple. The best scheme is picked up from four plans with different weighting coefficient. Finally, it has been testified by finite element simulation and relevant experiments to be correct in theoretical calculation and conclusion.
