离子液体催化生物质组分分离研究

摘要

  In this paper,bamboo powder come from pretreated bamboo is used as feedstock to do study on separation of biomass components.Orthogonal experiments are done to optimize experiment conditions of the separation of biomass components catalyzed by ionic liquids.The results show that for ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methyl-Imidazole chloride([AMIM] C1),when experiment conditions are reaction temperature 190℃,reaction time Sh,[AMIM] C1/ethanol(v/v)= 3:7,water content 4%,lignin purity is about 90%,and its yield reaches 60%,while cellulose purity is over 75%,and its yield approaches 80%.Besides,two-stage conversions methods are used to separate saccharides come from hemicellulose.Under the best conditions,saccharides separation ratio reaches 81%,and the yield of furfural product is about 50%.After saccharides separation,ionic liquid is recycled.The effect of components separation is not significantly reduced after ionic liquids being used for three times.
