The most important and innovative achievement of the research carried out in the framework of the article is the construction of the forecasts' effectiveness measures used to the construction of the Power Exchange bid. In the article, there has been evaluated the effectiveness of forecasting. In addition, for comparative analysis, there has been set the effectiveness of forecasts used while making a bid by a power distribution utility. In all of the examined cases, the forecasts used by the author have been more effective, than those set by the power distribution utility.
