摘要

Hydraulic prop is the key power component of support system in the coalface, which can bear the impact by unloaded yielding. Its work characteristic directly affects reliability of support system, safety of coalface and efficiency of mining. The paper presents a novel impact test rig for hydraulic prop to simulate the actual work situation in coal mine. The test method is firstly determined. According to the test requirement, design of impact test rig is carried on including main structure and hydraulic control system. The 3-D model of main structure is built using Solid Works software. Thus assemble error and kinematics interference can be found by simulation before the main structure is actually manufactured. By means of finite element analysis method, the paper carries on static load analysis of the impact test rig, simulation of impact process and dynamic load analysis of the impact rig. The stress, displacement and strain of the impact test rig are obtained under the static load and dynamic load. All this provides theoretical basis and design principles for the optimal design and reliability design.
