摘要
In epitaxial films of BaTiO3 with different thickness (20-400 nm) and in-plane biaxial strain (-0.7-0%), dynamic dielectric response was experimentally studied and analyzed. Sequence of phase transitions was identified as paraelectric-glasslike-ferroelectric, being in contrast to the static paraelectric-ferroelectric one. Slowing of dynamic off-center Ti disorder is suggested to be responsible for the glasslike phase. Possible influence of surface and strain on dipolar disorder is discussed.
