摘要
A compact LTE antenna is proposed to work for mobile phone with full metal housing. Antenna miniaturization and electromagnetic decoupling to metal housing are realized by a high band only antenna structure, feed matching inductor and two tunable techniques. The final antenna size is only 60x8x7 mm3 and measured bandwidth can cover LTE frequencies from 700-960 and 1710-2170 MHz. The free space measured efficiency is about 45% and 60% at low and high band, respectively. This antenna showed great potential for real phone application under metal housing environment.
