摘要

Existence of water in the reactant mixture during the strong micro-mixing process for crude oil production may promote reacting rate and in turn fuel properties. However, appropriate water content may result in reduction crude oil production cost. The optimum water content in the crude oil is therefore significant concern for crude oil viscosity optimization research. This study presents measurements of the effects of water content in fuel properties of crude oil, effects of viscosity type on crude oil in water efficiency, crude oil properties after crude oil/ayunion/water by micro-mixing process and the comparison of water percent by those (nano-box) techniques. The crude oil was adjusted to contain various water ratios and then underwent micro-mixing process and microcapsule. The Taguchi method is used to find optimal viscosity processing and the data presented in this paper have been used to execute the micro-mixing process and reduce the failure rate, and the result shows that optimal product stable effect can be achieved.
