摘要
NaZSM-5 zeolites were modified by impregnation with metal nitrate and their catalytic properties for gas phase reaction of γ-butyrolactone and ethanolamine to give intermediate N-hydroxylethyl pyrrolidone (NHP) were studied. It's suggested that ZSM-5 zeolites are probably active catalysts for the target reaction, and among which, CuZSM-5 shows high activity with an NHP yield of above 30%. Influences of main conditions such as materials gradient, contact time, reaction temperature, baking temperature and particle size of catalysts on the target reaction were discussed and explained. Optimized reaction conditions are as follows: 3~4 of ethanolamine/7-butyrolactone molar ratio, [p(ethanolamine) + p(γ-butyrolactone)]: p(N2) = 1,25~32 g·h/mol of contact time, 250~270°C of reaction temperature, with about 500°C of baking temperature and 100~120 μm of catalyst particle size.
