摘要
The complex matrix of biological samples and the interference of macromolecules such as protein make sample pretreatment very difficult. Therefore, the application of biocompatible separation medium in sample pretreatment was especially remarkable. This review provides an introduction of biocompatible separation medium and summarizes its application in sample pretreatment, including solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction, and microdialysis.
