摘要

The astronomical camera is composed of emitter follower, pre-amplifier, differential amplifier, programmable gain amplifier, correlated double sampling circuit and 16bit analog digital converter. All parts of the video processing circuit were analyzed and the design methods were presented. The low noise CCD video processing circuit was simulated by PSPICE and was tested. Results show that the designed circuit can effectively suppress reset noise and low frequency noise. The noise of astronomical camera is lower than 15 electrons, which can meet the requirement.
