摘要

Coarse-grained soil filling (CGSF) is a widely-used material in building subgrade of heavy haul railway in China. When the dynamic loading from heavy haul train is excessive, CGSF will have large dynamic deformation, resulting in many subgrade defects. In order to improve the understanding of dynamic characteristics of CGSF, a series of undrained dynamic triaxial tests were conducted. The variations in the accumulative deformation increase feature of CGSF caused by changes in physical and stress states were investigated. Moreover, testing results were used to establish the experience formula of critical dynamic stress and normalized dynamic strength curve. Finally, the variation law of dynamic shear modulus with cycle number was discussed.
