摘要

Studies to estimate the uncertainty characteristics of the results of measurements of the mass fraction of moisture in grain and grain products in accordance with ISO 712-2009 and GET 173-2008 are carried out. It is shown that with the use of the methods of air-heat drying and vacuum-heat drying set forth in this standard, it becomes possible to obtain comparable measurement results and comparable uncertainty characteristics of these results. It is established by means of mass and infrared spectroscopy that thermal decomposition of grain from which only water molecules are extracted does not occur with implementation of the methods regulated in ISO 712-2009.
