New oscillation criteria for a class of linear delay differential equations

Oscillation criteria for the first-order linear delay differential equation
x'(t) + p(t)x(tau(t)) = 0, t greater than or equal to 0, tau(t) < t,
are established. Our results improve the known results in the literature.
