摘要

For the biological material, the hysteretic effects consist into slow kinetics of their macromolecules following a fast change of the ligand binding. Hysteretic properties defined by a lag in the response of the biomolecule to changes in the ligand level induce the time-depending change of biomolecule function. The kinetics consists from both deformational and orientational dielectric relaxation processes improved by conformational changes of binding protein molecule. In this paper we present any UV-absorbance time-recorded spectra of the nickel-binding BSA for [Ni2+] = 3.20 x 10(-5) M in solution and propose an analysis of the time-depending changes using the usual kinetics-thermodynamics relationship.
