A time-resolving detection technology used for laser-induced breakdown spectrometer

A novel method which takes advantage of the overflow drain to release charge from photon potential of linear CCD, is proposed to realize the time-resolving function of detection system. The designed controlling timing is simulated using RL2048 linear CCD to prove the feasibility. This method provides reference for the design and development of laser induced breakdown spectral detection system.
