摘要

In order to explore the rule of a screw's power consumption in an injection process influenced by dynamic injection molding technical parameters, the response of power consumption of a screw in a dynamic injection to the vibration force field (VFF) was studied with self-amended Tanner constitutive equations. Theoretical models of power consumption of the screw in injection under VFF were established. The change of screw's power consumption in the dynamic injection was studied in theory and the analytical solution was presented in VFF. Results were deduced that the power consumption dropped while the axial vibration was applied, and the decline range increased with the enhancement of vibration strength.
