摘要
In this paper, the influence factors measuring ESR of RF MLCC were analyzed and the ESR errors were modeled based on impedance analyzer and test fixture, how the ESR error varied with different values of open/short/load for calibration and compensation were simulated and illustrated about different specifications of MLCC. The results indicated that the modeling well displayed the relations that ESR error varied with Z(g,) Z(S,) Y-0 and load. It is also discussed on how to decrease and control the measurement errors.
