摘要

Structural and optical properties of gold nanoparticle doped polyvinylalcohol (PVA) films have been studied experimentally. Different sizes and concentrations gold nanoparticles were synthesized by laser ablation method in water. TEM images were used to study the characteristics of nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction pattern show that the crystallinity of films is increased after doping nanoparticles. Variation of optical properties of films has been analyzed based on their UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy data. Optical band gap energy of films is increased with increasing the concentration of nanoparticles in the films. The electrical resistivity of films is increased with increasing the concentration of nanoparticles in PVA films.
