摘要

China's oil products market can be regarded as a kind of complex adaptive system, which mainly includes manufacturing enterprise, retailer, and consumer of oil products. Under China's current oil pricing mechanism, each agent's competitive strategy and the oil products market speculation can be regarded as the research, and the high level Petri net method is used to carry on the dynamic modeling of multi-agents of oil products market. We attempt to give a detailed description on characteristics such as behavioral rule and self-adaptation of every agent. Through building multi-agent model of the oil products market, it lays the foundation for further programming and simulation, expecting to receive the relevant detailed data of every agent and to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of making rational suggestion to improve the refined oil pricing mechanism in China.
