摘要

The thermodynamics and dynamics for the adsorption of acid yellow 49(AY49) onto layered double oxides (LDO) prepared after calcination by Mg/Al hydrotalcite, the influence of dosage of adsorbent, initial pH value and reaction temperature on the adsorption have been studied. The results indicate that when dosage of AY49, initial pH value, temperature are 0.02 g, 10, and 288 K, respectively, maximum capacity and percentage removal are 738.16 mg.L-1 and 98.42%. The adsorption of AY49 is consistent with Langmuir equations, the adsorption process followed pseudo-second order kinetic model, the active energy value of the adsorption is 71.127 kJ.mol(-1), which suggests that the process of adsorption of AY49 is controlled by the rate of reaction rather than diffusion. The solid LDO, both fresh and after removal of AY49, was characterized by XRD. The structure of LDO shifts to a layer structure of LDHs after adsorption, indicating that the memory effect of LDO accounts for the effective removal of AY49.
