Oxidized regenerated cellulose (Surgicel((R))) is a commonly used material in Pediatric Surgery. We present a case of recurrent tracheoesophageal fistula (RTEF) repaired by Surgicele((R)). In this case, tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) recurred due to migration of Surgicel into the tracheal and esophageal lumen.
