Deposition of thin electroplated Cd-Se layers

Cadmium-selenium alloys were electrodeposited from a sulfuric acid electrolyte. The effect of the H(2)SeO(3), CdSO(4), and sulfuric acid concentrations, current density, and temperature on the composition and quality of cathode deposits was studied.
