DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATED ON-LINE SYSTEM FOR THE STUDY OF THE HADRONIC INTERACTIONS IN HIGH ENERGY PHYSICS

A WWW interface to an integrated system for on-line Monte Carlo simulations in High Energy Physics named YaPT is described. The aim of the system is to allow users to perform on-line simulations and analysis using codes like UrQMD or AMPT and ROOT framework. The interface is structured in several modules for user authentication, interface with the simulation programs, output analysis, communication among users, etc. The output results of the simulations can be analyzed using a set o predefined macros. All simulations performed in the system are stored in a database and can be later accessed by all the users. We present the structure of the web interface and discuss a specific example of physics results calculated using the system.
