摘要

The pretreatment of bagasse is essential in the fractionation of biomass into major components: cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, in reducing cellulose crystallinity and increased accessible surface area. The work has as purpose at obtaining preliminary fibreboard from the use of mixtures of lignocellulosic residual bagasse obtained in steps bagasse pretreatment (acid and enzymatic hydrolysis). Design experiment mixtures Scheffe simplex lattice using a heating press is performed. Cellulosic residual are characterized using analytical technique Puls and resistance to flexion of the fiberboard obtained is evaluated. The results favoring the use of mixtures of solid bagasse and enzymatic hydrolysis for obtaining boards. In conclusion, it is proposed to continue the study of mixtures with addition of binder and / or resin so as to favor the mechanical properties of the boards.
