摘要
Behcet's disease is a systemic inflammatory disease. Cardiovascular manifestations are reported in some patients. We report a young man with Behcet's disease with intracardiac thrombus, diffuse venous thrombosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome and a fistula between coronary artery and pulmonary artery. Thrombi in the right heart cavities can be seen in Behcet's disease and may lead to recurrent pulmonary emboli. Additionally, we have to be careful about myocardial ischemia in patients with Behcet's disease.
