摘要
A powerful national defense needs the support of advanced military industry technology, and the application of advanced innovative methods is the key and motive force to improve original innovation, integrated innovation efficiency of military high technology. The significance of the military high-tech innovative methods for the enhancement on independent innovation ability of defense technology was elaborated for the problem of that scientific innovation theory, methods and tools are lack of sufficient attention during the military high-tech innovation. On this basis, the integrated application model of innovative methods in the various stages of scientific research, production and management was proposed by means of system science theory. At last, in combination with the case of "Xiaolong aircraft" developed by China Aviation Industry Corporation I, the characteristics and experiences of decision-making and application of innovative methods in the military field were summarized. The last recommendations of innovative method systems integration from scientific research, production, management trinity were proposed. It can be provided references for the application and promotion of innovative method in the military field.
