摘要

In this study, a novel fabrication method of durable superhydrophobic coating was proposed for the microchannel heat exchanger. At first the Zn-Al layer double hydroxides (Zn-Al LDH) with micro-nano rough structures was in-situ synthesized by one step hydrothermal method, and then the electrochemical deposition method was employed to produce the substances with low surface energy. The low surface energy film that is deposited by using electrochemical method can be protected by the rough structures fabricated by hydrothermal method, which leads to the high durability of superhydrophobic coating. Moreover, the electrochemical test found that the self-corrosion potential of substrate increases from ?1.454 V to ?1.2989 V, and the corrosion current density decreases from 2.564×10?3 A·cm?2 to 5.2×10?6 A·cm?2, which means the microchannel heat exchanger with superhydrophobic coating is highly resistant to corrosion. Further, the frosting tests of experiment and numerical simulation indicate that the frost resistance of superhydrophobic microchannel is strong. ? 2023 Science Press.
