ULTRA-WIDEBAND QUADRATURE POWER SPLITTER

摘要

A new quadrature power splitter with a bandwidth of 110% from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz consisting of a wideband power divider and a phase shifting network is presented. The quadrature phase difference between die output ports is achieved through the phase difference between a 50 Ohm transmission line and multiple cascaded phase shifting sections. A return loss larger than 13.8 dB. an amplitude intbalance less than 0.5 dB and a phase difference within 90.9 degrees +/- 6.0 degrees are measured over the whole ultra-wideband.
