摘要
This paper introduced the theory, key contents and methods of technology monitoring which played an important role in constituting science and technology policies of the government, then gave a model of technology monitoring system based on information Extraction technology which contained auto data download, data analysis and knowledge discovery. After that the essay made the positive studies of nanotechnology monitoring combined with Information Visualization, which is a good reference for management and decision of scientific research.
