摘要
We have investigated the temperature dependencies of the in-plane resistivity and the Hall coefficient in Bi2Sr2CuOX crystals across the metal-insulator (MI) transition. In the insulator crystal at low temperature (32 K<T(115K), the conduction is governed by a two-dimensional variable-range-hopping mechanism. In the superconducting crystal the Hall coefficient Rh exhibit a characteristic maximum at about 90 K, and after MI transition the maximum disappeared. We believe that the maximum in Rh-T curve represents the common feature of all the high Tc superconductors.
