摘要

The burgeoning internet-based human resource sharing technology is a crucial component of the E-human resource management system that effectively overcomes the difficulties of poor transparency and low efficiency compared to the traditional way of human resource sharing. However, the lack of cost estimation model is the bottleneck of human resource sharing over Internet, which leads to an evident gap between the theory and practice in human resource sharing. This research aims to bridge this gap through correlative theory followed by a practical application system. Firstly, based on the previous research works involving theory and development of virtual enterprise, a brief overview is given. Secondly, the novel agent-enabled logarithm arithmetic for cost estimation is given: the logarithmic time-cost function and the entropy-driven internet-based bidding tactic using agent technology are proposed. Finally, a human resource sharing system is developed The developed system realizes both the automation and intelligence sharing, and hence it is an effective method to improve competitiveness in an integrated enterprise alliance.
