摘要

In order to monitor the insulation condition of power battery pack in electric vehicle, a locating scheme of single-point insulation fault in powrer battery pack is proposed based on the solution of corresponding computational model. The accuracies of insulation resistance calculated and fault location are analyzed by combining theoretical derivation with model simulation. An on-line insulation monitoring system is established and both static bench test and real vehicle test are carried out respectively. Test results are consistent with analysis ones, meeting accuracy requirements expected, indicating that the system built can timely locate and give warning the insulation fault of battery pack and so can be applied to real vehicles.
