摘要

The purpose of the present work is the development of novel microporous aluminophosphate membranes, on top of disk shaped substrates with identical composition, by in situ growth from aluminium nitrate and orthophosphoric acid solutions using hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide as template. Gas separation experiments of equimolar hydrogen-propane mixtures over microporous Al100P60Oz membranes resulted in maximum separation factors of 16 in favor of hydrogen at 50 degrees C. The separation factor depends on temperature, feed composition and substrate calcination temperature. The permeability of He is in the order of 10(-12) mol m(-1) s(-1) Pa-1.
