摘要

Uniformed-sized, monodisperse Fe3O4 hollow spheres with an average diameter of 400 nm were successfully synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal route, and a novel gas-bubble soft template mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of the Fe3O4 hollow spheres. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform-infrared (FTIR) patterns, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) were used to characterize the structure of the synthesized products. The results show that leaflike nanoparticles can further assemble into hollow spheres with an increase of the reaction time. The magnetic properties were evaluated with a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Magnetic hysteresis loops indicate that the as-prepared Fe3O4 particles exhibit a ferromagnetic behaviour, the saturation magnetization (M-8) increases with the reaction time.
