摘要

This study aimed to fabricate bio-organic fertiliser (BOF) inoculated with highly efficient indole-3-acetic acid (IAA)-producing rhizobacterium for use in infertile land to improve the red soil. A potted growth experiment showed that the organic fertiliser containing the L-4 strain distinctly promoted peanut growth and root development. In the five measured indexes (stem length, shoot fresh and dry weights, and root fresh and dry weights), BOF treatment was 1.5-3x more effective than the control (CK) treatment. The total root length, dimension, volume, and tip numbers were 2-4x higher than those of the CK group. Additionally, after BOF treatment, the soil IAA content increased approximately 2.5 x times that of CK, and the quantities of peanut root bacteria and actinomycete increased (4.01 and 3.13 x than those of CK treatment, respectively) while the quantity of fungus decreased by 52.5%. Therefore, the strain L-4 could be widely used in the infertile red soil region.
