An approach of GM(1,1) based on optimum grey derivative

One improved approach of grey derivative in GM(1,1) model remaining the original background value is presented in this paper. The example of normal exponential is Given to show that the new model precision is very high. The gross domestic product is also cited to show the new model's effective and feasible. So the new model proves that the approach has high simulation and prediction precision.
