摘要
The article considers that new economy has influenced greatly the enterprise's production, organization, operation and management modes. Enterprise should build and cultivate its own core competence. Basing on the identification of its advantages, enterprise should form its product platform, technology platform and product family. The core competence can't be formed without innovation. Enterprise has two ways of cultivating core competence, which are traditional path and modern path. Enterprise should maintain its core competence and coordinate the relationship between diversification and specialization.
