摘要

As the traditional network tightly couples data forwarding and control logic on the network devices, the Internet is increasingly weakened to control with the sharply expanding of network. This phenomenon results in the clumsy management and con-gested routing. In this paper, we propose an opinion that integrates the identifier/locator separation and software defined networking. We focus on designing the identifier/locator swapping on the OpenFlow switch and the mapping server on the controller. In partic-ular, we explore the feasibility that can be verified according to the delay caused by the replacement process. Finally, results from our prototype system show that this innovative approach can better solve the routing scalability in forwarding plane.
