摘要
A novel low temperature solvothermal pathway to CdSxSe1-x nanowires (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 1.0) was successfully developed. It was found that both temperature and solvent have important effects an the formation of CdSxSe1-x nanowires and their incorporating process via the solvothermal process in ethylenediamine. The morphology of CdSxSe1-x nanocrystallites was well controlled by choosing the appropriate solvent.
